Emiliano Garc\u00eda, regidor de Turisme i Internacionalitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia i president de Visit Val\u00e8ncia, ha presentat les novetats de la present edici\u00f3 al costat de Jordi Mayor, diputat de Turisme, Francesc Colomer, secretari auton\u00f2mic de Turisme, e Yvonne Arcidiacono, responsable del programa de gastronomia de Visit Val\u00e8ncia. Les reserves ja estan obertes a trav\u00e9s de la web valenciacuinaoberta.com<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El festival s&#8217;organitza des de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia a trav\u00e9s de Visit Val\u00e8ncia, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb Turisme Comunitat Valenciana i Val\u00e8ncia Turisme. Durant la seua presentaci\u00f3, Emiliano Garc\u00eda ha agra\u00eft \u201cla participaci\u00f3 als m\u00e9s de 60 restaurants en la XXV edici\u00f3 de Cuina Oberta\u201d i ha afegit que \u201c\u00e9s gr\u00e0cies a ells, al sector hostaler, que aquest esdeveniment gastron\u00f2mic es consolida cada any i podem celebrar la seua edici\u00f3 de plata\u201d. Garc\u00eda ha destacat \u201cla qualitat de l&#8217;oferta gastron\u00f2mica de Val\u00e8ncia, basada en la creativitat dels xefs i en el producte de proximitat, que ens est\u00e0 permetent demostrar per qu\u00e8 Val\u00e8ncia \u00e9s una gran capital gastron\u00f2mica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Per part seua, Jordi Mayor, ha destacat que \u201cel creixement d&#8217;establiments participants de fora de la ciutat reflecteix l&#8217;encert d&#8217;obrir el certamen gastron\u00f2mic a la resta de la prov\u00edncia, aix\u00ed com el creixent inter\u00e9s que suscita Cuina Oberta en els ciutadans i el sector\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cEl certamen \u00e9s un fort est\u00edmul per a con\u00e9ixer o redescobrir els municipis de la nostra prov\u00edncia, moure&#8217;ns pel territori valenci\u00e0 i gaudir dels seus molts altres atractius i les variades experi\u00e8ncies que ens ofereix, a partir del despla\u00e7ament a aquests restaurants on podrem degustar i gaudir la gastronomia local, en una mateixa jornada\u201d ha afirmat Major.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Francesc Colomer, ha afirmat que \u201cl&#8217;\u00e0mplia participaci\u00f3 en Cuina Oberta evidencia un esfor\u00e7 col\u00b7lectiu que mou talent i esperan\u00e7a despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un t\u00fanel en el qual l&#8217;hostaleria ha patit massa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aix\u00ed mateix, Colomer ha fet refer\u00e8ncia a la intensa agenda gastron\u00f2mica de la Comunitat Valenciana. \u201cLa setmana que ve comen\u00e7a Gastr\u00f2noma, venim d&#8217;altres esdeveniments similars, i encara tenim en l&#8217;horitz\u00f3 la celebraci\u00f3 de la Gal\u00b7la Michel\u00edn a la ciutat de Val\u00e8ncia. Hi ha un gran ecosistema d&#8217;esdeveniments, accions singulars i cites en les quals continuem refor\u00e7ant aquest posicionament\u201d ha afirmat el secretari auton\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Productes de temporada i proximitat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L&#8217;edici\u00f3 XXV de Val\u00e8ncia Cuina Oberta arriba amb restaurants que participen per primera vegada, com el Mirador de l&#8217;Only You, \u00c0nima del Temple, La Sastrer\u00eda, TrencaBeach i Verneta. En total 63 establiments, tant de la ciutat com de la prov\u00edncia de Val\u00e8ncia, que aposten pels productes de temporada i\/o de proximitat en les seues propostes gastron\u00f2miques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que, en aquesta edici\u00f3 de Cuina Oberta, es podr\u00e0 degustar, entre molts altres, \u201crebotons, cansalada viada ib\u00e8rica, t\u00f2fona i espinacs\u201d, \u201cguacamole de br\u00f2coli amb aladrocs\u201d, \u201ccalamarcito de llotja, ceba calfada i llonganissa de Requena\u201d, \u201carr\u00f2s de secret ib\u00e8ric amb carabassa, ajitos tendres i coliflor\u201d, \u201cbacall\u00e0 a baixa temperatura amb titaina valenciana i maionesa de piquillo\u201d, \u201cpastisset de gamba blanca, curri verd i cacau del collaret\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Les novetats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En aquesta edici\u00f3, Val\u00e8ncia Cuina Oberta compta amb la participaci\u00f3 de Mahou que col\u00b7labora acompanyant els exclusius men\u00fas degustaci\u00f3 amb la gamma de cerveses espanyola m\u00e9s premiada del m\u00f3n. Aix\u00ed, Mahou ha impulsat un sorteig de vals per valor de 50 euros, a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;alguns dels restaurants participants i que es podran canviar a les botigues de VLC Shopping.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cada rasca- que ser\u00e0 entregat si el men\u00fa de Cuina Oberta s&#8217;acompanya d&#8217;un ter\u00e7 de cervesa Mahou Cinc Estreles- inclou un codi que, consultant en la p\u00e0gina web de Mahou, notifica al moment si ha sigut premiat.
