Prop de 150 persones entre mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3, xefs locals, productors, distribu\u00efdors i representants institucionals van acudir a la presentaci\u00f3 de la web d&#8217;aquest programa, que uneix productes, productors, mercats i gastronomia per a posar en valor la cultura i el territori valenci\u00e0 a trav\u00e9s de la viv\u00e8ncia d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies \u00faniques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La nova plataforma digital naix amb l&#8217;objectiu de ser un suport viu de divulgaci\u00f3 de la filosofia Del Tros al Plat, a m\u00e9s de ser un espai informatiu sobre els projectes i les accions relacionades amb aquesta iniciativa. Per a aix\u00f2, tracta d&#8217;acostar al p\u00fablic les claus de \u201cuna forma de vida, un projecte de tots i totes, amb vocaci\u00f3 de romandre en el temps amb el suport de tots els protagonistes: productes i productors, mercats i venedors, cuiners i cuineres, hostalers, restauradors\u201d, va insistir la diputada Pilar Moncho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Protagonista: el territori valenci\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Entre el p\u00fablic assistent es trobaven el director de la Marina de Val\u00e8ncia, Vicent Llorens, i cuiners i hostalers com\u00a0Javier de Andr\u00e9s (Grupo La Sucursal), Diego Laso (Momiji), Toni Montoliu (Barraca Toni Montoliu), Sergio Giraldo (La Sastreria-Cabanyal), Sebasti\u00e1n Gros (Marina Beach), Pablo Ministro (Contrapunto Les Arts), Carlos Juli\u00e1n (Restaurant Hospes Palau de Mar), Daniel Ba\u00f1o (Sierra Aitana), N\u00e9stor Oreiro (Esencia Beniferri), Nacho Romero (Kaymus\/Caf\u00e9 Madrid), Maria Jos\u00e9 Martinez (Lienzo), Raquel Cernicharo (Karak), Ra\u00fal Magraner (Bonaire El Palmar), Sebasti\u00e1n Romero (La Sequieta), Juan Carlos Galbis, Joan Clement,\u00a0aix\u00ed com membres d&#8217;agrupacions de xarcuters, venedors de mercat, productors o agricultors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tots ells van mostrar el seu suport i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en el projecte, com a via de valoritzaci\u00f3 del sector, i van gaudir de la vetlada, en la qual es van poder degustar productes Del Tros al Plat, com a pans de: massa mare, castanues, espelta i carabassa, de Jes\u00fas Machi;formatges d&#8217;autor, de Xarcuteria Manglano; vermuts ecol\u00f2gics de vins blancs i negres, de Bodegas Vinados; arr\u00f2s mel\u00f3s de la varietat S\u00e8nia, cuinat per Grupo La Sucursal; licor d&#8217;arr\u00f2s de l&#8217;Albufera, d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Tartana;
