{"id":126937,"date":"2018-10-23T11:47:42","date_gmt":"2018-10-23T11:47:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turisme.dival.es\/del-tros-al-plat-connecta-professionals-de-la-cuina-valenciana-per-a-fidelitzar-el-turisme-en-el-territori-valencia\/"},"modified":"2018-10-23T11:47:42","modified_gmt":"2018-10-23T11:47:42","slug":"del-tros-al-plat-connecta-professionals-de-la-cuina-valenciana-per-a-fidelitzar-el-turisme-en-el-territori-valencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/turisme.dival.es\/ca\/del-tros-al-plat-connecta-professionals-de-la-cuina-valenciana-per-a-fidelitzar-el-turisme-en-el-territori-valencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Del Tros al Plat connecta professionals de la cuina valenciana per a fidelitzar el turisme en el territori valenci\u00e0"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Pilar Moncho participa en la trobada gastron\u00f2mica organitzada per l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Professional de Cuiners i Cuineres de la Comunitat Valenciana que reuneix a m\u00e9s de 20 restauradors en el Cub dels Comarques de Val\u00e8ncia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">23\/10\/2018.- La diputada de Turisme de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia, Pilar Moncho, ha participat en la trobada gastron\u00f2mica organitzada per l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Professional de Cuiners i Cuineres de la Comunitat Valenciana (APCCV) en el Cub dels Comarques de Val\u00e8ncia per a fidelitzar el turisme en el territori valenci\u00e0 amb la filosofia Del Tros al Plat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A la taula de treball han assistit m\u00e9s de 20 representants de la restauraci\u00f3, l&#8217;hostaleria i la gastronomia valencianes amb l&#8217;objectiu de posar en com\u00fa estrat\u00e8gies i nous plans conjunts que permeten consolidar les visites a Val\u00e8ncia a trav\u00e9s de la cadena de valor, propugnada per Del Tros al Plat, \u201cque arranca amb els productes aut\u00f2ctons i el seu particular paisatge de producci\u00f3, creix amb la singular manera de cuinar-los i culmina amb la presentaci\u00f3 de plats \u00fanics en establiments valencians prestigiats, precisament, per aquesta manera de treballar el producte i el plat\u201d, ha recordat Pilar Moncho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Plataforma adequada i proactivitat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Els experts en cuina han apuntat que, a difer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;altres cuines, la valenciana no disposa d&#8217;un substrat cultural com\u00fa, com s\u00ed que ho comparteixen altres com la basca.
