Tamb\u00e9 han assistit representants de la consolidada Associaci\u00f3 Menjar i Viure i de la nova Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners i Cuineres de la Comunitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pilar Moncho ha agra\u00eft la pres\u00e8ncia dels mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 \u201cens ajudeu al fet que la filosofia \u2018Del Tros al Plat\u2019 siga coneguda per tots. Una filosofia que uneix al producte amb el productor i amb les mans que ho transformen en plats \u00fanics i excel\u00b7lents\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u2018Del Tros al Plat\u201d arribar\u00e0 a les comarques valencianes del 17 al 26 de novembre per a reivindicar el territori valenci\u00e0 com a destinaci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica excel\u00b7lent i com \u201cel cam\u00ed m\u00e9s curt a la felicitat\u201d del visitant, a trav\u00e9s de plats genu\u00efns elaborats amb productes aut\u00f2ctons extrets de la terra i del mar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El nom utilitzat en aquest ambici\u00f3s programa fa refer\u00e8ncia a la necess\u00e0ria vinculaci\u00f3 entre el territori on es conrea el producte alimentari (el tros) i el nus de coneixement que es posa en mans de les capacitats dels cuiners (el plat).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Els consumidors com prescriptors del territori<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En la seua intervenci\u00f3, el director del Patronat ha reconegut que \u201cels millors prescriptors de qualsevol producte s\u00f3n els seus consumidors i, per a\u00e7\u00f2, volem implicar a tots els habitants del territori en aquesta acci\u00f3 \u2018Del Tros al Plat als Comarques\u2019, perqu\u00e8 a Val\u00e8ncia l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que asseure&#8217;s en una taula\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En aquest sentit, Manuel Alonso ha assenyalat que no hi ha cap altra comunitat que tinga el rebost que tenim nosaltres perqu\u00e8 en ella hi ha de tot: mar, horta i muntanya\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cA m\u00e9s- ha agregat-, no solament som el que mengem sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important del que s&#8217;alimenten els productes que consumim\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Els germans Prieto, de Sents Restaurant, han felicitat per la seua banda al Patronat de Turisme per aquesta acci\u00f3 i han avan\u00e7at que oferiran un men\u00fa fusi\u00f3 amb productes de la terra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Un total de 30 restaurants amb men\u00fas especials<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Un total de 30 restaurants de vuit comarques participen en aquesta primera edici\u00f3 de \u2018Del Tros al Plat a les Comarques\u2019, amb men\u00fas que oscil\u00b7len entre els 20 i 45 euros (a ra\u00f3 de un men\u00fa de migdia, d&#8217;entre 20 i 35 euros, i un altre de nit, entre 30 i 45 euros, per cadascun dels restaurants, sense maridatge).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Val\u00e8ncia Turisme ofereix tota la informaci\u00f3 sobre aquest tema en el seu portal web www.valenciaturisme.org, amb
