El Patronat de Turisme de Val\u00e8ncia reivindicar\u00e0 la projecci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica de la gastronomia local en Gastr\u00f3noma 2017, amb el seu producte \u2018Del Tros al Plat\u2019, centrat en el consum de productes d&#8217;aut\u00f2ctons segons el singular \u2018living\u2019 valenci\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Des de dem\u00e0 dissabte i fins dilluns 6 de novembre, Val\u00e8ncia Turisme reunir\u00e0 en el certamen gastron\u00f2mic, sobre una superf\u00edcie aproximada de 200 metres quadrats, \u201cels nostres productes, els nostres productors i nostra peculiar manera de preparar i degustar la gastronomia, que oferim a ciutadans i visitants amb l&#8217;aposta tur\u00edstica \u2018Del Tros al Plat\u2019\u201d, ha explicat la diputada de Turisme i vicepresidenta del Patronat, Pilar Moncho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cTractem de posar en valor la nostra gastronomia local com a producte tur\u00edstic, al mateix temps que recolzar la labor de tot el sector en aquest gran aparador que \u00e9s Gastr\u00f3noma, amb la fi tamb\u00e9 de crear sinergies de treball en benefici de tot el territori valenci\u00e0\u201d, ha afegit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L&#8217;espai expositiu de Val\u00e8ncia Turisme congregar\u00e0 a 14 entitats i productors locals relacionats amb el conreu i l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de productes com a cervesa artesanal, vins, xufa, orxata, sucs, ostres, melmelades, pat\u00e9s, farines, aladrocs, cacau i embotits ecol\u00f2gics, entre uns altres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A m\u00e9s, el Patronat de Turisme projectar\u00e0 material audiovisual realitzat per a la difusi\u00f3 de la cultura valenciana \u2018Del Tros al plat\u2019 en els mercats locals, nacionals i internacionals i distribuir\u00e0 tr\u00edptics divulgatius al p\u00fablic particular i professional que acudisca a Gastr\u00f3noma 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 Val\u00e8ncia Turisme porta el seu producte tur\u00edstic gastron\u00f2mic a la nova edici\u00f3 del certamen, que se celebrar\u00e0 del 4 al 6 de novembre en Fira Val\u00e8ncia 3\/nov\/17.
