el director de la Fundaci\u00f3 Turisme Val\u00e8ncia, Antonio Bernab\u00e9; el regidor de Turisme de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Bilbao, Xabier Ochandiano; l&#8217;alcalde de Sagunt, Quico Fern\u00e1ndez; la directora del Patronat de Turisme de Gandia, Olatz Meg\u00eda; i el responsable de Gesti\u00f3 Tur\u00edstica de Val\u00e8ncia Turisme, Evarist Caselles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDes de Val\u00e8ncia Turisme hem apostat per una oferta tur\u00edstica de qualitat i professionalitzada, basada en quatre condicions centrals que pivoten entorn de quatre elements d&#8217;uni\u00f3 i connexi\u00f3 amb el viatger basc: situaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica, clima, gastronomia i \u201cliving\u201d valenci\u00e0\u201d, va explicar Pilar Moncho.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, la responsable de Turisme va destacar que \u201cla combinaci\u00f3 perfecta de les nostres paraules clau, food-living-sun, es converteixen en la millor f\u00f3rmula valenciana d&#8217;atracci\u00f3 per al viatger actual, a qui dirigim el nostre lema promocional \u2018Our land for you\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA\u00e7\u00f2 \u00e9s Val\u00e8ncia en el seu conjunt, Val\u00e8ncia i les seues comarques, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n centenars de possibles i variades experi\u00e8ncies a partir d&#8217;aquestes claus, que nom\u00e9s poden ser gaudides plenament si es viuen personalment\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVal\u00e8ncia i les seues comarques formen, aix\u00ed, un territori singular en el qual cabem tots i en el qual qui ens visita passa a formar part d&#8217;ell\u201d, va afegir.<\/p>\n<p>La diputada, a m\u00e9s, va recalcar que \u201cVal\u00e8ncia, com Bilbao, est\u00e0 de moda, per\u00f2 no volem ser una tend\u00e8ncia ef\u00edmera, per la qual cosa hem de seguir treballant per a aprofitar aquest tipus d&#8217;oportunitats\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un c\u00f2ctel valenci\u00e0 cent per cent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Patronat de Turisme va completar la seua presentaci\u00f3 de destinaci\u00f3 amb un c\u00f2ctel cent per cent valenci\u00e0, elaborat per Sents Restaurant (Ontinyent), compost per 12 propostes gastron\u00f2miques marinades amb vins de Terres dels Alforins i cervesa artesana.<\/p>\n<p>Xips de tubercles i sal d&#8217;herbes de Mariola, Tosta de mona, foie i Arrop i Tallaetes, Cruixent temperat d&#8217;espencat de verdures, Miniburguer de figatell de s\u00e8pia i Brandada de Capell\u00e0, a m\u00e9s de Taronja valenciana en textures, per als postres, s\u00f3n alguns dels plats que van protagonitzar la degustaci\u00f3 \u201cDel tros al plat\u201d, organitzada per Val\u00e8ncia Turisme, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la Fundaci\u00f3 Turisme Val\u00e8ncia i Viatges Eroski.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inauguraci\u00f3 Expovacaciones 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acte celebrat en el Museu de Belles arts va ser el pr\u00f2leg de l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia de la delegaci\u00f3 valenciana avui al certamen tur\u00edstic Expovaciones 2017 de Bilbao, en la inauguraci\u00f3 del qual ha participat aquest mat\u00ed la diputada Pilar Moncho, al costat del conseller basc de Turisme, Consum i Comer\u00e7, Alfredo Retortillo;
