El vencedor, que no t\u00e9 encara els 18 anys i ha sigut el concursant m\u00e9s jove d&#8217;aquesta edici\u00f3, ha celebrat molt emocionat el guard\u00f3 juntament amb el seu pare, Pepe Sanchis, el gerent del restaurant guanyador, d&#8217;origen valenci\u00e0, qui ha actuat hui d&#8217;expert juntament amb el seu fill i qui ve participant des de fa m\u00e9s de 25 anys en nombroses edicions del Concurs. Els vencedors han rebut el guard\u00f3, patrocinat per l&#8217;empresa Jet Extramar, dotat amb un pergam\u00ed i 2.500 \u20ac, de mans de l&#8217;alcaldessa de Sueca, Raquel Tamarit.<\/p>\n<p>La 56\u00aa edici\u00f3 del Concurs Internacional de Paella Valenciana de Sueca, patrocinada pel Patronat de Turisme de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia, Val\u00e8ncia Turisme, i l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Valenciana de Turisme de la Generalitat Valenciana ha comptat amb un total de 36 participants. Cal destacar que del total, 24 participants han competit per primera vegada en el certamen i nom\u00e9s dos repeteixen participaci\u00f3 respecte a l&#8217;anterior edici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant cordov\u00e9s ha aconseguit fer-se amb el m\u00e0xim reconeixement del jurat presidit, en aquesta ocasi\u00f3, per Juan Antonio Herraiz, president del Club de Caps de Cuina de M\u00farcia i format per: \u00c1ngel Gran, del Restaurant La Casona de Gandia; Edrick Corban-Banks, ambaixador de la Paella en el Pac\u00edfic; Mart\u00edn M\u00e1rquez, periodista gastron\u00f2mic; Akiko Sagano, C\u00f2nsol General Adjunta del Jap\u00f3; Raul Cob Ferrer, de Wikipaella i del Restaurant El Cabanyal (Val\u00e8ncia) i Iv\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, del Restaurant Cam\u00ed Vell, d&#8217;Alzira i representant de la Federaci\u00f3 Empresarial d&#8217;Hostaleria Valenciana.<\/p>\n<p>Quant als finalistes, la segona millor paella valenciana del m\u00f3n de 2016 es cuina, segons el veredicte del jurat, a Madrid, ni m\u00e9s ni menys que en el Congr\u00e9s dels Diputats, aix\u00ed el segon premi ha sigut per als cuiners Arturo Giroy i Valentin Rodr\u00edguez, del Compass Group del Congr\u00e9s. El guard\u00f3, patrocinat per Orxata Panac d&#8217;Alboraia, que ha sigut lliurat per la directora General de la Dona, Maria Such, ha sigut dotat d&#8217;un pergam\u00ed i 1.500\u20ac. D&#8217;altra banda, el tercer premi ha recaigut en el cuiner Jos\u00e9 L\u00f3pez Cord\u00f3, del Restaurant La Paella Ib\u00e8rica de Fran\u00e7a. El regidor responsable del Concurs, Vicent Baldov\u00ed, ha lliurat el premi, patrocinat per l&#8217;empresa Sueca Express, al restaurant del pa\u00eds ve\u00ed, dotat en 1.000 euros i un pergam\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>El certamen s&#8217;ha celebrat en el Passeig de l&#8217;Estaci\u00f3 de Sueca, en un ambient d&#8217;all\u00f2 m\u00e9s festiu, i entre una multitud de gent curiosa, ve\u00efns de Sueca i visitants, que s&#8217;han acostat per a viure en primera persona l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de la millor paella valenciana del m\u00f3n 2016.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;acte ha assistit tamb\u00e9 una gran representaci\u00f3 de la corporaci\u00f3 municipal acompanyada per Sara Rosell\u00f3, la Festera Major de 2016, i la seua Cort d&#8217;Honor. Aix\u00ed mateix el certamen ha comptat amb la pres\u00e8ncia del Secretari Auton\u00f2mic de Turisme, Francesc Colomer; la directora general de Pol\u00edtica Agr\u00e0ria, Teresa Ch\u00e1fer; la directora general de la Dona, Maria Such; la diputada provincial de Turisme en la Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia, Pilar Moncho, i un gran nombre d&#8217;alcaldes de la comarca.<\/p>\n<p>Premi a la millor paella de Sueca<\/p>\n<p>La diputada provincial de Turisme i regidora en l&#8217;Ajuntament de Sueca, Pilar Moncho, ha atorgat, per la seua banda, el guard\u00f3 patrocinat per Val\u00e8ncia Turisme a la millor paella cuinada per un restaurant de Sueca al Restaurant el Nano.<\/p>\n<p>Pilar Moncho ha destacat la rellev\u00e0ncia que ja ha adquirit el certamen gastron\u00f2mic de Sueca i l&#8217;inter\u00e8s del Patronat de Turisme de Val\u00e8ncia de &#8220;apostar per iniciatives que projecten el territori valenci\u00e0 nacional i internacionalment, com demostra el creixent inter\u00e8s que cada any suscita aquest concurs&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el premi a la millor paella estrangera, patrocinat per Esteella Gal\u00edcia i atorgat per Francesc Colomer, secretari auton\u00f2mic de Turisme, ha recaigut en Simply Spanish Tapes Bar, de Melbourne (Austr\u00e0lia). D&#8217;altra banda, el premi a la millor paella cuinada a nivell auton\u00f2mic, ha sigut para Casa Pepa, de Val\u00e8ncia. El guard\u00f3 ha sigut patrocinat per Arr\u00f2s La Fallera i lliurat pel portaveu de Comprom\u00eds en el Congr\u00e9s dels Diputats, Joan Baldov\u00ed, i Santos Ruiz, Director de la D.O Arr\u00f2s de Val\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Els tres guardonats han rebut el corresponent pergam\u00ed i la millor paella local s&#8217;ha guanyat tamb\u00e9 un cap de setmana per a dues persones en el complex tur\u00edstic Kikopark d&#8217;Oliva.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, els cinc acc\u00e9sits patrocinats per Makro, que ha lliurat el president de la Mancomunitat de la Ribera Baixa, Jordi Vicedo, han sigut atorgats als restaurants: El Xatege, de T\u00f2quio;
